Vargas Code provides a premium digital content subscription service. Subscribers gain access to exclusive digital content, resources, and materials as part of their active subscription. The specific content available may change over time as we update and improve the Service.

4. Payment and Billing

All payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means:

• Paddle handles all billing, payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes (including VAT/sales tax) on our behalf.
• Your payment relationship is with Paddle. When you subscribe, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to ours.
• Paddle will appear on your bank or credit card statement as the charge originator.
• Paddle calculates and collects any applicable taxes based on your location.
• Invoices and payment receipts are provided by Paddle and accessible through their customer portal.

5. Subscription Terms

Our subscription operates on a weekly billing cycle:

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a weekly basis, starting from the date of your initial purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each weekly billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes, and the new price will apply from your next billing cycle after the notice period.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

• Paddle Customer Portal: Use the subscription management link provided in your purchase confirmation email or any billing email from Paddle.
• Contact Us: Send a cancellation request to hello@vargascode.com and we will process it on your behalf.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, code, videos, and other materials, is owned by Vargas Enterprise S.L. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• While your subscription is active, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
• This license terminates immediately upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription.

8. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and subscribing.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share your access with others.
• Not attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Not redistribute, resell, or share subscription content with non-subscribers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vargas Enterprise S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence.
